Beekeeping is a hobby. I’m a welder by profession. I just give away the honey to my friends. I harvest twice a year. Get about 600 to 800 pounds per year. In the spring, I move the bees to an apple orchard to pollinate the apples. I drive an alternative fuel truck powered by wood. The smell is “BeGo”—the moldy blue cheese smell makes the bees get off the supers.
